Almac Group is Hiring a Distribution Coordinator Near Souderton, PA
- Plan and monitor the Senior Distribution Associates workload on a daily basis to meet the agreed timelines for each distribution order.
- Assist in the generation and review of Distribution Instructions in the Distribution/Logistics department.
- Serve as the Distribution representative in customer tele-cons and meetings
- Serve as Distribution contact for Customer and rest of the company.
- Walk through the First-Time-Shipments
- Monitor Proof of Delivery (POD) information entered for distribution shipments in the COSMOS distribution system
- Investigate and reconcile On-Hold orders.
- Verify team is running monthly customer reports.
- Monitor the performance of the logistics’ department for each study and provide reports on a regular basis to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Assist in the research and preparation of TQ’s/QI’s.
- High School Diploma
- Up to 1 year or more in a professional office.
- Pharmaceutical or Distribution experience preferred.
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
